I am thrilled to offer these signed, limited edition etchings of Dr. Cornelius Van Til, Defender Of The Faith.
Dr. Van Til was a friend of mine the last eight years of his life. He helped me with my original Princeton Westminster Theologian portrait etching project. He posed for his portraits and helped me select the other theologians in the series–
B.B. Warfield, Geerhardus Vos, J. Gresham Machen and John Murray.
This artist proof edition was pulled at that time and has been in my archives since 1983. They are in perfect/original condition. Dr. Van Til signed many of my prints and drawings during the printing and publication of the original editions. Besides a few that I’m keeping for myself, these are the last I have with his signature.
I printed this edition in 1983 on my etching press at my fine art printmaking shop, The Graphics Guild, Ambler, PA–located near Westminster Seminary.
